Hello, and welcome to my PATH profile. My name is Jacqueline Angeles and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I have been licensed for 6.5 years and practicing for 14 years in the mental health profession. My approach to therapy is to facilitate, mental, emotional, behavioral and social health to optimize your functioning at home, work, school and the community.
I am experienced in treating young to older adults with regard to anxiety, depression, trauma and substance abuse as the result of family upbringing, loss, environmental stress and developmental change. According to the paradigm shift in the mental health profession, substance abuse is a symptom of an acute or chronic mental disorder.
