When we don’t know where to turn, there is hope. In working with clients over the years the main thing I have noticed is how deeply the erroneous stories we tell ourselves impact our lives. We make derogatory decisions about ourselves as a result of stress, competition, bullying, loss, and major life changes. Additionally, relationships, family, and parenting can also be factors. I help clients cultivate the four A’s: Awareness, Attunement, Acceptance, and Adjustment. Through a strength-based, empowering lens, I help clients to develop mental and emotional acuity and resiliency.
