I treat clients ages 16 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues including insomnia, stress, divorce, dual diagnosis, infidelity, men’s issues, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, control disorders, and mood disorders, and more. I provide compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, psychoanalysis, and others.
I am a compassionate provider, I work with clients to help them achieve their goals. I have experience with many types of therapy, but I never try to fit my clients into any particular therapeutic box. I believe we are all complex individuals who are always richer than any theory can fully capture. I create a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space.
