I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance their emotional well-being. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal issues and trauma. I use an integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns, and work towards your goals in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I have a great deal of experience working with artists, actors, writers and musicians.
I utilize a blend of modalities including, CBT, IPT, and Psychodynamic, adapting my style to suit your personal journey. My aim is to empower you, equipping you with tools to manage challenges and enhance your resilience. We will collaborate to understand the past, move forward in the present, and hopefully have a few laughs in between.
I believe that everyone should have access to mental health support, which is why I offer a sliding scale fee structure.
