Hello and welcome. By taking the time to seek counseling, you are taking a big step toward wellness. I understand that finding the right fit in counseling is of vital importance to the healing you want to experience. My approach toward counseling is focused on the person sitting (virtually) in front of me. My aim in establishing a helpful counseling relationship is to build a space where my clients feel safe, heard, seen, respected, and cared for. I believe that effective counseling is a process in which my clients have the space and feel empowered to explore their life experiences safely.
I specialize in helping folks who have experienced trauma, people from classically marginalized groups, and people who are neurodivergent. This world can be especially hard for those of us who face systemic barriers, and therefore, I strive to curate a space where those aspects of identity are acknowledged, held safe, respected, and accommodated as needed.
I use approaches that are trauma-informed and respectful of my client’s lived experiences. It is my hope that through insightful and collaborative work my clients are able to experience healing and hope for a better tomorrow.
