I’ve been honored to help individuals navigate relationship issues (like dating, love, conflict, monogamy, polyamory, and breakups) and recover from breakups, trauma, and insecure attachment. I’ve helped anxious people develop assertiveness and self-confidence and independent people open themselves to love. I’m proud to be an EMDR Certified Therapist.
I enjoy helping couples improve communication and mutual understanding, clarify expectations and agreements, recover from regrettable incidents, and heal trauma that impacts the relationship.
