Injured Athlete Group

The Injured Athlete Group is designed to help cope with injury, build motivation, and feel confident when returning to action! Our group offers a space to share experiences, access resources, and receive encouragement from fellow athletes who understand the unique challenges of injury and rehabilitation. Through regular meetings and individualized guidance, we aim to foster resilience, positivity, and a strong network to help athletes on their journey to recovery and beyond. Remote, in-person, adult only, and high school only groups offered.
