My passion is in helping people overcome painful emotions to find more peace and joy in their lives. My specialty is in a unique approach to counseling called Psychodynamic or Psychoanalytic Counseling. In this approach, I help people better know their story, heal from their past, and create a future that brings meaning and joy. Often clients tell me that my gentle, warm, non-judgemental approach to counseling helped them overcome painful past experiences. I work hard to help clients feel supported and empowered so that they can find healing at their core and create a life they love.
I enjoy helping clients of all ages find healing and happiness. I have extensive training in helping clients overcoming anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. I often work with clients who need help working through life stressors like relationships, friendships, career path, family dynamics, societal pressures in life, grief, and more.
