Life leads people to seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Individuals often seek a therapist's help with anxiety, depression, life stressors, trauma, and even natural transitions in their lives. But all who do seek therapy aspire to a similar goal: to become a better version of themselves. They seek to set into motion a particular vision for their lives, one in which they are freer to be authentically themselves. They wish to discover ways to better manage their thoughts, emotions, and actions in order to help alleviate the stress they are experiencing.
Since 2022, I have been a practicing Limited Licensed Counselor. I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and other mental health concerns. I work with individuals and families to create a positive, supportive, and therapeutic space for them to heal within.
