I am a somatic psychotherapist trained in EMDR treatment. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. I specialize in Eating Disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorders. I also treat clients who suffer from other conditions including Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD.
I believe in a person-centered approach where no one-size fits all. I aim to provide a warm, safe and accepting environment for all my clients.
