I have worked in the field of mental health for 20 years. I am inspired on a daily basis by the individuals and families who allow me to support them through their personal journeys towards living healthier, more balanced lives. My goals are to provide individualized interventions that are effective, to promote self-exploration and insight, and to allow the individuals that I serve to see observable changes in their lives. Outcomes matter.
I am very experienced with assessing and treating a variety of mental health diagnoses and am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. I am EMDR certified and trained in DBT, CBT and IFS. I specialize in treating C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, first break psychosis, fear of needles in children, and providing support for parents of complex kids (of all ages).
My practice is here to assist you with learning, healing and growing along your path to wellness, using evidence-based treatments to support you or your loved one. Self-growth is a hard but rewarding process and I am here to support you along the way in a consistent, respectful, caring manner. My hope is to make a lasting impact on each life that I touch .

Groups
Overland Park Counseling Center
OPPC is conveniently located at the corner of College and Metcalf in the Capital Federal building. The group consists of three clinicians who serve the KC community together in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. OPPC clinicians serve children from the ages 2-18 as well as adults up to the ages of 70, by providing individual and family therapy, as well as support to parents.
