I employ many of the ideas in solution-focused therapy and logotherapy and also look at each person's individual story and their story within the family system.
I specialize in working with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, marriage, parenting issues, relationship issues, stress and addiction. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples and families helping each to move towards hope and healing.
