I am a neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, tester, and supervisor. Support is inclusive and welcoming to all. I see all ages for individuals, families, groups, couples, and parenting. We will focus foremost on building a nurturing, supportive, honest, and empathic interpersonal therapeutic relationship. I will meet you where you are, and help you identify, embrace, and support your strengths, vulnerabilities, and needs. Support is guided by your goals, & based in attachment and the relational neurosciences. I have over a decade's worth of experience as a therapist, tester, supervisor, presenter, and clinical director.
In therapy, I incorporate ACT, psychodynamic, play, Self-Compassion, expressive arts, and Mindfulness techniques. When testing, my approach is highly personalized. I seek to understand & support each ‘whole’ person, providing recommendations for every aspect of daily life. As a supervisor, my approach is to aid growth in providing affirming, empathic care.
I am here for you, and our work together will be guided by your needs. I believe that every client is the expert on themselves, and my role is to help you reach your goals and embrace who you are as a unique individual. I welcome you to reach out with any questions. I am available for an initial free, brief phone consultation.

Groups
Neurodiversity Affirming Support Groups
Each group is matched based on age, gender identity, and desired support. Each group works together to establish goals and topics, which might include supporting each other in navigating a predominantly neurotypical world, identifying internalized ableism, learning more about neurotypes, sharing tips for managing frustrations, supporting each others' experiences in school/work, and/or navigating relationships. I will ensure a safe, affirming space where clients can support each other. I will engage more or less, based on the desires of each group. I am available to provide psychoeducation, structure, and guidance based on each group's identified needs and wants.
