As a community mental health therapist for over 15 years, I have worked with clients and their families through their addiction, trauma, grief, divorce and crises. I work with families navigating diagnosis including PTSD, bipolar, psychosis, depression, anxiety, and autism. Now more than ever, we have to balance so much at any given time. Everyone deserves a space where they can reflect and restore what helps them find sense and serenity.
I use a variety of techniques including psychoanalysis, dialectical behavioral skill-building, and cognitive behavioral therapy to offer a meaningful experience leading to insight and empowerment.
