I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and have been working in the field for over 5 years. I am currently working at Ellie Mental Health in Centerville, OH. I work with a wide range of diagnoses, client problems, and am open to working with a wide variety of ages and identities. I have specialized in mood disorders as well as grief/bereavement. I have also worked with clients through several different life transitions such as moving out of the family home, going to college, premarital, retirement, and divorce. I also use the Gottman method to work with couples through difficult points in their relationship.
I help people learn more about themselves, heal, and grow. I also help people reach their goals and guide them into making healthier decisions for themselves. I am specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapies.
In addition to being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cozying up to a good book, cooking, playing with my cats, drinking coffee, and watching my favorite Sci-Fi or fantasy flick.
