As a certified Brainspotting therapist, I work with adults on various issues such as racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, grief & loss, pregnancy/parenting, anxiety, and depression. My work is integrative; using modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), existentialism, mindfulness, and strengths based therapy; and faith/spirituality if desired.
