Hey, how's it going? My name is Jackie and here's the thing... I am a nerdy, artsy-fartsy, book worm... I thought you should know that little bit about me. I primarily work with children, adolescents, young adults, and women that have been feeling sad, anxious, or "off". I also have experience as a RBT working with children that are on the Autism spectrum. I understand that it can be overwhelming and stressful trying to find someone you can trust with your stories, what you are going through, and "click with" - and parents, I know you just want to give your children the resources to succeed. Just know that you are not alone.
When I first meet someone, I want to get to know them and how I can help. We will work together and collaborate to get you to where you want to be. I create interventions that are made specifically for each of my clients which are a combination of evidence-based strategies and creative interventions, because one size does not fit all with therapy.
I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients that is based on trust and respect. Together, we are stronger and will walk on this journey of life to get you or your child through what ever is troubling you or him/her. So, what are you waiting for? I’m ready to listen.
