I have 15 years of experience working with all types of clients. I have worked with teens/adults with depression, anxiety, and life changes. I help give my clients the tools that they need to live their life with less stress and worry. I offer all my clients a supportive place to discuss anything on their mind. I also work with clients that have been suffering for some time and are ready for something different. If you are ready to make significant change to your lifestyle to feel better. I also offer a holistic approach looking at the root cause of mental health issues. I have studied nutrition and functional medicine.

Moms support group
Moms who are looking for connection and support. Learn skills to lessen anxiety and have more balance in life. I use a holistic and positive coaching approach. Starting on 3/12/24 join us on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am. Reach out for more information. $50 per session, $200 for the 4 weeks and clients must commit to all 4 sessions to benefit the group.
