I believe therapy should be highly individualized based on your needs. I find that people are looking for a safe place to share, connect, and feel supported. I often incorporate the use of relational therapy along with other evidence-based treatments and have training in DBT, ACT, and CPT.
In nurturing my understanding of each unique individual, I hope to help you develop your self-awareness and master skills to enhance your quality of life.
