Hello and welcome! Our center provides affordable telehealth/online therapy only. I believe that therapy can be an invaluable tool as you strive to become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. Behavioral health and helping others grow is my passion. My role is to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your past so that decisions and efforts in the present can lead to the future you strive to make a reality.
I have extensive experience working with substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, transitional life events, familial disfunction, self-esteem issues and emotional regulation. My experience has allowed me an opportunity to work with populations facing a wide array of behavioral health concerns spanning from adolescence to the late stages of life.
My role is to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your past so that decisions and efforts in the present can lead to the future you strive to make a reality. I love to remind my clients that change begins with one small effort. As your therapist, I would love to be the support you need to begin making those small steps in the right direction
