I work from a trauma-informed approach, and believe that looking at both our past and our present circumstances can provide a lot of insight into times we're feeling stuck. Utilizing warmth, empathy, humor, and tangible practices to affect change, I look forward to each session with each client to assist them on their journey to self-discovery.
I am passionate about working with women who are experiencing life changes, anxiety, trauma, general stress, transition, and/or interpersonal conflict. I specialize in assisting clients learn tangible skills and practices that they can take with them into the more difficult moments of life. I also offer trainings & workshops for companies, & career coaching.
