As a clinical psychologist & certified yoga instructor, I am passionate about taking a holistic & tailored approach when working with clients. I offer counseling/psychotherapy for a range of mental health problems including trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, relational concerns, life transitions, grief/loss, & have expertise helping people in the perinatal period, NICU families, veterans, & individuals with ADHD & concentration/attentional concerns. I also offer psychological testing.
My training in a variety of evidenced based psychotherapies & complementary treatments (mind-body techniques), combined with confidential/nonjudgmental care, sets the stage for our work together.
