As a pre-licensed clinician & mother of two little ones, I understand the challenges of juggling parenthood, relationships, & career. I mainly use CBT, Mindfulness, & Psychodynamic Therapy with clients. CBT allows us to set goals & challenge automatic thoughts & behaviors. Mindfulness techniques teach us how to be present with and accepting of our thoughts & emotions. Psychodynamic Therapy investigates the root cause of presenting issues. During treatment, we'll set goals, develop a treatment plan, & practice regular check-ins.
