I can help by giving you the tools and skills that help manage life challenges. I graduated from California Lutheran University with a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. I am licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in California and Arizona.

I focus on adults, using techniques primarily from psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT therapies to help my clients manage life problems and feel empowered to move toward change.
