As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I believe a healthy mind leads us to happier and more peaceful paths in life. Take this journey with me to create your own path. I have been practicing for over 25yrs in various settings with diverse populations. However, in the last 5yrs, I narrowed my focus to working with people going through life's transitions. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression or just needing some guidance through this process, I can help.
My approach to therapy is a partnership; you know yourself, and I know psychology so together we can learn and accomplish your goals. We will explore your history, move through your present, and build upon your future. With this knowledge and insight, you will make better-informed decisions, and smoother transitions, resulting in happier outcomes.
My goal is to provide a haven for you... a warm, nonjudgemental space that allows you to be vulnerable and share your thoughts and feelings. A place and time solely for you to express and challenge yourself, and confront difficult issues while given support and guidance...leaving with a sense of connection and peace, empowerment, insight and coping skills.
