I have been a therapist for over 30 years, seeing individuals, couples, and families. As a therapist, I am empathic, direct, and engaged. I have a particular interest in working with people who have grown up with or are currently living with a narcissistic/self-absorbed family member. I can help with the challenges of these relationships by guiding you to develop communication skills and personal boundaries to ensure feelings of safety.

My extensive acting background provides me with the skills and experience to create a tool kit to help you feel more comfortable presenting your material no matter how long the presentation or how large the group.
