Welcome, I work with adults and teens who want to learn more about themselves and the root cause of their concern(s). I am a Parts work (IFS Institute trained) therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, depression, body image, grief, career, and life transitions. I am genuine, personable, and aim for you to feel safe in the therapeutic space. Together we will navigate your inner world. I have over 19 years of working with people of all ages in the healthcare field. Often, we suffer because the life we pictured is not the life we have. Our greatest challenges move us towards growth and give us purpose.
I utilize evidence based treatments and have trained with the Internal Family Systems Institute (IFS). I also utilize Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR). Together, we will find the approach that works best for you and go at a pace to works for you. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
