Life can be messy, scary, and uncertain for all of us. It’s OK to struggle, make mistakes, be scared, and feel lost. Whether you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or just not feeling like yourself lately, I’m here to help you face life’s challenges confidently. Therapy isn’t “one size fits all”, so I use a variety of approaches (plus a bit of humor!) to meet the needs of each individual client. My goal is to empower you to feel like your best self!

I see adults and teens that come in with issues such as anxiety (including social anxiety and panic), as well as trauma, work and school stress, and relationship concerns. I enjoy working with people on work-life balance, learning to set boundaries with others, and taking better care of themselves through increasing self compassion and self awareness.

Confronting our problems can feel overwhelming. I know that getting started is often the hardest part. I encourage you to take that first step! I work with clients to identify ways their bodies are giving them signals that things are "off balance". I also guide them to develop new habits, such as mindfulness, breathing techniques, and nature walks.
