I have a passion for working with individuals who find themselves struggling to feel heard, understood, or empathized with while navigating life. My primary focus is work with individuals ages 16-30 seeking support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I love to channel humor in our work together as well as practicing self compassion. My favorite part about being a therapist is meeting people from all walks of life and learning from one another through this process. When I work with people I take into consideration how their life experiences and layered identities shape who they are.
Every human has an innate ability to heal from the most difficult times, grow, and flourish into the best version of themselves.
