I especially enjoy working with young adults (ages 15-23), LGBTQ+ clients, and those struggling with social anxiety, academic performance issues, and/or family conflict. Many of my clients come from high achieving environments where they do not feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with friends, family, or colleagues. I offer an open-minded and confidential space for you to raise awareness of your guiding values, understand how you show up in the world, and achieve balance in order to thrive in challenging life situations.
I am an environmental social worker and certified adventure therapist. My doctoral work focused on community and nature-based interventions for holistic wellbeing. In the counseling office, I create a non-judgmental and exploratory space for you to consider the relationships, routines, and beliefs that are most impacting your success.
Through personal reflection and increased self awareness, my clients maximize their potential to meet the demands of challenging work-life and family environments. As a founding member of the Granville Counseling Collective, I am certain that we can find a therapeutic relationship that can to help you on your mental health journey.
