I especially enjoy working with young adults (ages 15-23), LGBTQ+ clients, and those struggling with social anxiety, academic performance issues, and/or family conflict. Many of my clients come from high achieving environments where they do not feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with friends, family, or colleagues. I am an environmental social worker and certified adventure therapist. My doctoral work focused on community and nature-based interventions for holistic wellbeing. In the counseling office, I create a non-judgmental and exploratory space for you to consider the relationships, routines, and beliefs that are most impacting your success.
