Sometimes your anxiety is so bad it can just stop you in your tracks. The depression can knock you down and steal all the pleasure from your life. Relationships can become strained and instead of easing the pain they can seem to add to it. You're managing to cover all the basics most of the time but no one seems to understand just how difficult that can be. But I understand. I know the struggle. I understand that some to the problems of today are linked to pain from the past. And I know how to help people who are hurting to feel stronger, more confident, and to regain some of that pleasure, contentment and purpose in life.
Drawing on years of experience I provide people with a set of tools, skills and techniques to understand and modify their current situation, improve their mood and relationships and approach their lives with confidence and enthusiasm. I create a safe space to explore these issues, ease past wounds, while moving forward into the future.
