Combining the practices of psychotherapy & life coaching have allowed me to dive deeper with people to help them become their best selves. When I'm not doing therapy, I'm making music, hiking, surfing, or reading something thought-provoking. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, humanistic, solution-focused therapy, and life coaching. Therapy helps us to repair the past, while coaching helps us to build a better future. I start wherever you're at and move at whatever pace you need.
I typically work with professional working adults or students looking to improve their lives in some way. Whether you suffer from trauma, issues with anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I can help. I'm a great listener (occupational hazard not to be haha) and am fairly laid back. My clients report feeling heard, reassured, and supported no matter what.
