We are in the midst of difficult times, filled with uncertainty, unsettling emotions and new challenges. You do not have to be alone in finding, creating, and examining solutions. I work with individuals, couples, and families in confidential and supportive telehealth and nature-based in person sessions. We can collaborate to find the most effective approach to meet your specific needs and goals. I treat anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, family conflict, grief, and provide parenting guidance. I also provide support and guidance through life transitions through customized ritual and ceremony creation and enactment.
My approach to therapy is grounded in depth-oriented, imaginal and humanistic perspectives. When appropriate, I combine traditional therapeutic approaches with experiential activities, including movement infused practices and nature-based healing walks, to expand self awareness, create new paths of understanding, and reach those resistant to therapy.
