Hi there! My name is Jack Arbuckle and I am a LPC Associate (supervised by Amy Salinas, LPC-S and Meagan Jackson, LPC-S, RPT-S). I'm honored that your search has taken you to my page. My practice is driven by a passion for helping children and teens become the best possible versions of themselves while offering support for whatever struggles they might face. Life can often feel challenging and overwhelming, yet far too often the struggles of children and teenagers are overlooked or brushed aside. Regardless of how old you are, your problems deserve to be recognized—and you don’t have to struggle through them alone.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a particular focus on Adlerian Therapy. I believe that our struggles and behaviors are rooted in unmet needs in our lives—desires for connection, for courage, or for proving our own capability. By identifying these needs and healthier ways of meeting them, we can work together to find healing.
Seeking out therapy is vulnerable—it is far easier to ignore our pain than to face it head on.
