We work together to reduce shame, guilt, anxiety, stress, depressive and PTSD symptoms, and anything else getting in the way of living fully and happily. My focus is helping make sure my clients have the support and environment they need to thrive.

I work from a trauma informed perspective and want to help my clients understand their own thoughts and experiences.
