Hello! I’m excited and grateful to help couples and families find a path towards healing and understanding each other. For Caregivers, if you’re overwhelmed with tantrums and can’t seem to get your child(ren) to listen to you, I can help you build skills to solve those problems.
With a certification in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I work with caregivers to build skills to increase child compliance to commands and better manage undesired behaviors with children age 2-7. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, and System Theory to repair and strengthen communication among couples.
