I will be an ally and support to you throughout the process of discovery and transformation. I can help you utilize what has worked in the past, as well as teach you new tools to create more peace in your life.

My method is to have a collaborative relationship to create a unique plan that targets your specific needs/desires/goals. I use different talk therapies, mindfulness-based strategies, and incorporate psychosomatic techniques to regulate emotions, calm and soothe the nervous system, gain self awareness, improve relationships, and confront past wounds.

I have a holistic perspective and value the interrelationships between the mind-body-spirit, and the person-family/friends-community. If you think we might be a good fit, let's connect!
