I know acknowledging you need extra support may feel scary. If you’ve found this site, I imagine that you are ready to make a change. Maybe you’ve noticed feeling more angry or irritable or your relationships seem strained. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking or struggling to manage the stress and anxiety in your daily life. Or you know it's finally time to address your negative self talk. I know life can feel incredibly difficult and you may feel isolated in your struggle. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we collaboratively work to solve the issues that brought you to therapy and help you develop lifelong coping skills.
I specialize in working with women dealing with anxiety and depression, especially as they navigate life transitions including motherhood, challenging workplaces or walking through divorce or separation. My work also includes helping women address childhood trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns and concerns around self worth.
I aim to provide an environment of compassion and support to help you overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive. I believe in a collaborative relationship as we work together. I use an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client to help them meet their personalized goals. I look forward to working with you.
