I have experience working with eating disorders, body image, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders through talk therapy and dance therapy. Together we will release any guilt, shame, or other negative impacts in order to give you better control of your life.
We will discover and implement new coping skills and processes, as well as provide a safe space for your pain to be held. I will work with you at your own speed, as I know this will provide discomfort at some points. We may not be able to change the past, but we are able to rewrite our narrative moving into our future.
