Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, my approach to therapy is based on practical, real-life experience and a pragmatic style of listening without judgment. I bring a holistic approach to my work with clients, including working with mind, body, emotions, family, relationships. Faith-based counseling can also be included based on client's preference
