I enjoy working with adults struggling with overwhelming emotions, life transitions, daily life stressors, and relationship concerns. I focus on Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment techniques, along with EMDR to assist my clients in working through their individual concerns.
