Being a person in the world today is more challenging than it has ever been. Sometimes we carry habits and beliefs into adulthood that can make it even harder. I believe that developing awareness and understanding of these core beliefs and instincts is the first step toward healing and creating lasting change.
I have experience helping adults and adolescents process depression, LGBT issues, spiritual abuse, trauma, addiction, and more. It is important to me that our sessions provide you with a safe and non-biased space to sort through whatever is causing you discomfort or pain. I take pride in my ability to provide individualized responses to each of my clients.
