I was born and raised in Southeast Asia and then moved to the United States, which has opened me up to many perspectives, cultures, walk of life, experiences, etc., as this encompasses civilian and the armed forces lifestyle. Living in military and civilian lifestyles, I have spent lots, if not most, of my life treating trauma ranging from war at home and abroad. In addition, I also expand my skills in aiding children and adolescents to regain their level of function to be successful in social environments.
I have employed play therapy, EMDR, AutPlay, CAMS, and many more interventions that I have sought and been trained in to better serve you and your family's needs. Trauma-focused CBT and other evidence-based interventions also play a significant role in each individualized treatment.
