Together we will work quickly to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms and increase your happiness and life satisfaction. My focus is on helping you to make changes that will enhance the positives in your life and impact long term changes that will help you to move forward through life towards reaching your goals.
I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; and utilize other approaches as needed. I will help you access the skills you need to help you find comfort and to overcome life’s challenges using your strengths to support your own mental health.
