Ivory Rose Coaching ~ A time to destress and take your life back. I've been coaching clients for personal empowerment over 12 years and am a certified stress management coach. My unique and caring approach uses IMT (introspective meditative techniques) giving clients a sense of calm and inner strength in each session. With my help clients find answers to personal struggles quickly and easily in a very non-judmental supportive environment. Clients learn stress reducing techniques to gain insight to personal issues while promoting deep relaxation to manage situational and daily stress.
I specialize in stress management coaching in the areas of divorce transition, marriage and family, carreer path, general stress and anxiety, relationships, infertility and is LGBTQ friendly.
