Through an integrative approach, we focus on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs by using sound biblical principles, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
My heart is to serve those who live with a disability and/or a physical/mental impairment. As a special needs mother, an advocate, and a clinical mental health and substance abuse counselor, I'm passionate about pushing, empowering, and reviving those who serve the special needs community– Our goal is to help you find SELF again!
