The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. - CR. Life is constantly and consistently changing. This can be hard when you feel alone or as if you cannot express these thoughts with someone. Joining therapy is often the first step towards your healing journey. As a resident in counseling I believe in walking with you during this journey where you can learn to heal.
As a resident in counseling, my role is to help you achieve healing and walk with with you n your journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and person centered space to help you achieve your goals with support and focus on wellbeing. My approach to therapy focuses on the whole of a person - this includes physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
It is my overall goal as a resident to help you improve your level of functioning and meet your own goals. Therapy is an important process in which you as the client begin to learn more about yourself and your own journey.
