OCD Group Therapy - online (via Zoom)
This therapy group will address symptoms of purely obsessional OCD, together with other forms of OCD such as contamination, violent or sexually explicit intrusive thoughts, Clinical Perfectionism and symptoms of OCPD. Clients will receive psychoeducation about the disorders, leading therapies and will engage in a therapeutic treatment. The group is a great opportunity for clients to establish support with others who can appreciate the daily challenges of this potentially disabling condition. The cost of the group is $45 (superbill created for your insurance), group is taking place bi-weekly on line.
