Ultimately, the ideal client for me is someone who is motivated to improve their mental health and well-being, and is seeking a safe and supportive environment to do so. I work with clients who may have issues with spiritual matters, marriage, depression, anger, grief and loss, and many other issues that may impact our mental health.
Whether you are struggling with grief and loss, depression, anger, or family and marital issues, I am here to help you find healing and hope. I offer evidence-based therapy techniques and pastoral counseling methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Spiritual Integration.
