We are a dynamic multidisciplinary team of psychologists, mental health counselors, and social workers. Our clinicians have extensive practice experience in areas such as educational systems, advocacy organizations, and community-based organizations. We utilize our extensive practice-based knowledge in conjunction with evidence-based models to individualize your treatment. Our office is a safe and judgment free space where clients can talk openly about the challenges they face. We utilize a holistic therapeutic approach which explores a client’s whole self. This includes their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social being.
As an office, we specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy. Moreover, many of our clinicians are knowledgeable in other therapeutic modalities such as family systems therapy and motivational interviewing. We understand that life is not without challenges.
